Falcons Fall To The Vikings Â
Sioux Falls, S.D.– The Bowling Green Falcons fell to the Augustana Vikings on Saturday, October 14. The Falcons scored two goals late in the third period to try and capture a win over the Vikings inaugural home-opener. The Vikings were too strong for the Falcons and captured a late goal in the third period to bring home the first win in program history.Â

Scoring Plays
- Augustana's Hunter Bischoff completed the first goal of the night at (14:52). Assist by Arnaud Vachon.
- The Vikings Ryan Naumovski back handed the puck into the goal on a power play at 8:02 in the second period.Â
- The Orange and Brown responded with goal from Brody Waters late in the second period, making this Waters first career goal assisted by Brayden Krieger.
- Falcons responded quickly by Dalton Norris at 16:50 in the third period to tie the Falcons and Vikings, unassisted.Â
- Augustana quickly responded at 17:04 with a quick goal from Arnaud Vachon to end the game.
- Christian Stoever tallied 38 saves and a .927% save on the night.Â
- Brody Waters tallied his first collegiate at 12:15 in the third period, assist came from Brayden Kreiger.Â
- Dalton Norris landed his second goal of the season at 16:50 of the third period, unassisted.Â
