
Bowling Green Wraps Up Successful Weekend In Two States

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green track and field program completed the split weekend at Bryan Clay Invitational and We Fly Challenge.
Top finishers from California came from Kylee Cubbison who placed first in the 5,000m run (16:29.29) and now holds the BGSU fourth all-time record. Regina Rose placed second in the 10,000m run (35:01.62) and holds the BGSU fifth all-time record.
At the We Fly Challenge Mateya Haintz placed third in the hammer throw (186' 2") and Kami Baker placed sixth (164' 10"). Emma Hellwege placed fifth in the 800m run and recorded a personal best time (2:17.93). Lane Anderson placed sixth in the shot put with a 44' 6.25" mark. Lillian Katsaras placed sixth in the 1500m with a time of 4:49.96, also recording a personal best.
