Bowling Green Heads to the 2024 MAC Championship in Grove City

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green women's golf team is poised for the 2024 MAC Women's Golf Championship which runs three days from Sunday through Tuesday. The three-day, 54-hole event will be held at the Pinnacle Golf Club, a par-72, 6,201-yard course in Grove City, Ohio.

MAC Championship
• The Falcons will be one of 10 teams competing at the 2024 MAC Championship. In addition to Bowling Green, MAC teams taking part in the tournament Akron, Ball State, Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan, Kent State, NIU, Ohio, Toledo and Western Michigan.

Falcon Notes
• BGSU's fourth-place finish last year in the MAC Championship in 2022 was the program's best finish in the event.
• In last year's MAC Championship, Kayla Davis (70-72-77-219, +3) led all individuals through two rounds at -2 but shot a 77 in the final round to finished tied for second.
• It was the best individual finish by a Falcon since Patricia Holt (+11) also came in second in the 2015 Championship.
• Davis also broke her own record for lowest score in a MAC Championship.
