Falcons Return to No. 20 Michigan Tech For the Quarterfinals of the CCHA Mason Cup Playoffs

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Bowling Green Falcons (18-9-7, 15-7-4 CCHA) opens the quarterfinal round of the CCHA Mason Cup Playoffs this weekend in Houghton, Mich., with a best-of-three series at Michigan Tech Huskies (21-12-3, 16-7-3 CCHA). The Falcons enter as the No. 5 seed, while Michigan Tech is the No. 4 seed. The teams return to the same matchup site after Bowling Green swept the Huskies last weekend, earning a 1-0 win on Friday followed by a 4-3 overtime victory on Saturday. This is the third year in a row BGSU and Michigan Tech have met in the quarterfinals with each home team sweeping the round (2024 MTU, 2025 BGSU).
Friday's game starts at 7:07 p.m., Saturday puck drop is 6:07 p.m., and if necessary, Sunday will begin at 5:07 p.m.
