2010: Was BGSU's top runner in all but one of seven races ... placed third overall at the Mel Brodt Invitational (25:21.3) ... tied for fifth at season-opening Toledo dual meet (15:45) ... ran the All-Ohio Championships' 8K in 25:43.2 ... earned 28th place in 25:44.5 at the Falcon Invitational ... completed the NCAA Regional 10K run in 32:58.1.

2009: Led the team in every race…. finished third at the Toledo Dual and set a new personal 5K record with a time of 15:33… had his best 8K race of the season in the Mel Brodt Invitational when he finished eighth with a time of 25:11.3… finished 36th at the Falcon Invite crossing the finish line in 25:57.3… was 48th at the MAC Championship with a time of 27:53.5… nearly broke into the top 100 at the Great Lakes Regional with a time of 33:41.1 finishing 106thand set a new personal record in a 10K event.

2008: The Falcons' number one runner in every race ... ran 5K personal best time of 15:59, placing first at the University of Toledo Dual ... placed 22nd with a time of 28:10 at the Mel Brodt Invitational ... ran a time of 26:39 at the Stanford Invitational ... ran 26:39 placing 66th at the All-Ohio Championships ... set personal best 8K time of 25:31 at the Falcon Invite, placing 11th... ran a time of 26:34 at the MAC Championships placing 48th.

2007: Ran in five of seven meets for the Falcons in his freshman campaign ... had a season-best 8K time of 26:46.79 at the Falcon Invitational, finishing in the 42nd-position and as the Falcons' number two runner. ... was the Falcons' number one runner at the Mel Brodt Invitational, finishing 68th with a time of 27:25.62 ... ended his season as the Falcons' number two runner at the MAC Championships, running a time of 27:17.1.

High School: Four year letter winner in cross country between South River High School and Archbishop Spalding High School ... ran personal-bests of 4:25.62 for 1600-meters, 10:04 for 3200-meters in track and 15:39 for three miles in cross country ... finished ninth in the 1600-meters at the 2007 Maryland 4A State Track Meet as well as being runner up in the 4A East Region Cross Country Meet in 2006.
