2009: Ran a season best time of 2:26.76 in the 800m at the Jane Herrmann Invite to finish fourth … placed 15^th at the BGSU Challenge with a time of 2:27.82 … ran a season best time of 1:46.49 and finished 11th in the 600 m run at the CMU Quadrangular … in outdoor, ran a season best time of 2:25.76 in the 800m at the All-Ohio Championships finishing 31^st … placed seventh at the Toledo Invitational with a time of 2:25.87.

2008 XC: Ran personal best 3K time of 11:17 at the University of Toledo Dual placing 15th... ran a time of 20:47 at the Mel Brodt Invitational, placing 50th ... ran a time of 21:39 at the All-Ohio Championships ... ran a personal best 6K time at the Falcon Invite with a time of 24:47.

2008: Ran an 800m time of 2:26.94 at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational.

2007 XC: Competed in four of seven meets for the Falcons ... had a season-best 5K time of 19:55.19 at the Falcon Invitational.

High School: Two-time GMC All-Academic... broke three school records (800-meters, mile, 4x800-meter relay) and earned second team All-GMC during the 2006 cross country season ... qualified for the regional meet during the 2006 track season ... also played volleyball and basketball and posted personal-bests of 2:18 in the 800m and 5:18 in the 1,600m ... coached by Eric Kroell.
