2007-08: Named to the CCHA All-Rookie Team...played in 38 games, finishing second on the team with 31 points (15g, 16a)...had four power-play goals and three game-winners...his 31 points as a freshman rank tied for 33rd on the all-time BGSU freshmen scoring list...tallied a season-high three points in BG[apos]s 5-4 overtime win against Western Michigan (Nov. 3), as he picked up a goal and two assists...picked up his first collegiate game-winning goal in the Falcons[apos] 3-1 win at Wayne State (Nov. 30)...had a new career game-high two goals in the Falcons[apos] 3-2 loss at Michigan (Dec. 8)...tallied a game-high two goals in BG[apos]s 4-2 upset of No. 1 Miami (Jan. 4)...earned CCHA Rookie of the Week honors for the week of Jan. 7th for his efforts on the weekend as he tallied two goals and added an assist against the RedHawks...tied a career single-game high with three points in BG[apos]s game one win at Ohio State (Feb. 1) where his effort earned him his second CCHA Rookie of the Week honors as he finished +2 in the plus/minus category...recorded his 15th goal of the season on the overtime game-winner in game three of the Falcons[apos] first round CCHA series with Lake Superior State just 1:34 into the extra-session...had nine penalties and 18 penalty minutes on the season...was second on the team with 131 shots on goal...finished with a plus-3 rating in two games.
Pre-College: Spent the past two seasons competing with Cedar Rapids of the USHL where he served as an assistant captain in 2006...was named first team All-USHL in 2006...was selected to play in the 2006 USHL All-Star game...recorded 101 points (47g, 54 assists) in 135 total games for the RoughRiders...had 10 power-play, two short-handed and four game-winning goals and a +18 rating this past season, as he led the team in scoring and finished third overall in the USHL, leading the league with 34 goals scored...also posted eight points (5g, 3a) in six playoff games, while recording a +3 rating...competed with the Cleveland Barons of the NAHL in the 2003-04 season recording 49 points (22g, 27a) in 58 games.
