Named to the Academic All-MAC Team ... picked up her first collegiate win at the Chicago State Invitational (Sept. 11-13) by defeating Bryttish Burts of Cleveland State, 6-4, 6-4 … captured a total of five wins in the fall … was in the lineup for 15 of 21 matches … played as high as No. 4 singles … teamed up with Leeah Floyd and Marina Ferrero at the No. 3 doubles slot.
2014-15
Joined the team as a walk-on in January of 2015, and was in the lineup for the Falcons' first match of the dual-match season several weeks later ... was in the lineup for all 17 dual matches, playing as high as the third singles flight on one occasion ... played at the fourth flight four times, the fifth flight in 10 duals and the sixth flight twice ... was in BG's doubles lineup in 16 of those 17 matches, playing at flight number two in five matches, including four MAC duals ... was one-half of the third-flight lineup 11 times ... teamed with Leeah Floyd, with Emily Witt four times and with Sydney Seeley on 10 occasions in doubles play ... the Farrar/Floyd duo had a 3-2 lead at the third flight vs. UIC (March 15) when the match was halted ... the Farrar/Seeley tandem took a Toledo team to the brink before losing by a narrow 7-5 final on April 3.
HIGH SCHOOL
A four-year letterwinner at St. Ursula Academy for coach Mary Kay Minder ... helped the Arrows to a Three Rivers Athletic Conference championship as a junior, and to second-place league finishes in each of her other three seasons ... SUA competed in the City League during her freshman and sophomore seasons and the TRAC during her last two years ... a two-time All-TRAC First-Team selection ... had a 20-9 overall record in her junior year, finishing first in the TRAC and qualifying for districts ... again was a district qualifier as a senior ... played at the second singles flight as a junior and the top singles flight in her senior year ... Arrows had an overall four-year record of 53-16 and went 30-6 in league play (9-2 in both years in the City League, 6-1 in each year in the TRAC) ... captained the team as a senior.

Antonina Marie Farrar was born on Nov. 8, 1994, in Toledo, Ohio ... an early childhood education major at BGSU, with a 3.373Â cumulative GPA through the Spring 2017 semester ... daughter of Mike and Cindy Farrar ... aunt, Amy (Lienhardt) Farrar, played softball at BGSU and is a member of the BGSU Athletics Hall of Fame.
