Barbara Battaglia is in her second season as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at BGSU in 2013-14. A native of Chicago, Ill., Battaglia is working toward her master’s degree in Developmental Kinesiology at the University.
Battaglia works primarily with the women’s basketball team and men’s and women’s golf teams. She also has responsibilities surrounding Falcon football.
As an undergraduate at Xavier University, she worked with the Musketeers’ men’s basketball, women’s volleyball, tennis, track and cross country programs, and also gained experience working with the St. Xavier High School football team. Battaglia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training at Xavier, graduating cum laude in May of 2012.
