HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterwinner for coach Rod Holmes at Jefferson Area ... the Ohio Division II co-Player of the Year as a senior after averaging 24.4 points and 18.4 rebounds ... also was named a first-team all-state selection for the second consecutive year after earning special mention as a sophomore ... helped the Falcons to a 71-20 record and a pair of Northeastern Conference titles during her tenure ... became the first-ever player at her school to average over 20 points and 10 rebounds in a season, and she did it three times ... the NEC Player of the Year three times ... the first player in the conference in nearly 20 years to surpass the 1,000-career-point mark as a junior ... also earned four volleyball letters, and was named the league[apos]s player of the year three times in that sport as well ... earned all-state honorable mention in volleyball as a senior ... lettered twice in both softball and track, and holds the school record in the shot put ...
