High School: Shantell is the 2005 Indoor State Champions in the 200 meters and 4 x 400-meter relay. She also placed fourth in the 55-meter dash at the 2005 Indoor State meet...was also a member of the 2004 Division I state championship track & field team where she anchored the winning 4x100m and 4x200-meter relays at the state meet... in 2004 she placed sixth in the 100 meters at the state meet and was a member of the sprint medley team that placed second at the National Adidas Championships...ran on the third-place 4x200m relay team at the prestigious Arcadia Invitational. She was a three-time district champion in the 100m, three-time city champion in the 100-meters and was a member of the 2002, 2003, & 2004 City Championship teams.
