Peyton Michel joined the BGSU Athletic Department in June of 2021 as the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations. In September of 2021, she was promoted to Interim Director of Ticket Operations. Michel is responsible for the day-to-day ticket operations for all five ticketed sports at BGSU.

Her duties include setting up events in Paciolan ticket software, supervising ticket operations interns, customer service and overseeing gameday ticket operations for ticketed sports.

Michel, a native of Milan, Ohio, received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from BGSU in 2020. She will graduate from Ball State University with a Masters of Arts in Sport Administration in the winter of 2021.

While Michel was a student at BGSU, she served as a ticket operations intern and student manager from 2018-2020. Michel was also a ticket operations volunteer at Ball State University in 2020.
