Romain (Ro) Decrop will be starting his fourth year in BGSU’s Clinical Psychology PhD program in the Fall of 2023 and looks forward to joining the Student-Athlete Mental Health Services to help BGSU student-athletes accomplish their athletic and non-sports related goals.
Decrop was born in Belgium and has lived in Spain, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Arizona before moving to Bowling Green, Ohio for school, where he researches the development of mental illnesses and their influence on criminality. Throughout his life, Ro has been involved in sports, including coaching swimmers of all ages and swimming competitively at Duke University. In his free time, Ro enjoys playing and watching sports, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
