Falcons Third In Meet In New Hampshire

The Bowling Green State University women's gymnastics team finished third in the four-team Fox Run Invitational hosted by the University of New Hampshire Saturday night.
The host school took the team title with 194.600 while George Washington was second with 192.500 points while the Falcons had 192.475. Maryland was fourth in the meet with a team total of 191.925.
Sophomore Marny Oestreng led the Falcons finishing second in the all-around with a total of 39.050. She was the highest BG finisher in three events - fifth in the beam (9.800), tied for second in the bars (9.800), and second in the vault (9.775).
BG's top finisher in the floor exercise was Amber Curry who was 10th with a score of 9.725.
