Bowling Green Hockey Game To Be Televised On Fox Sports Net

Detroit, Mich. - The 2001-02 Central Collegiate Hockey Association, which is entering its 31st season of college hockey this year, today announced the release of its 13-game CCHA television schedule with Fox Sports Net.
For Bowling Green State University fans, the package features one game at the BGSU Ice Arena on Saturday, Feb. 23, against Northern Michigan. Face-off is set for 7:05 EST with the Wildcats.
In March, Fox Sports will carry the "Road to the Joe" beginning with quarterfinal coverage from a campus site followed by both semifinal games and the championship on March 16-17 at Joe Louis Arena.
Josh Lewin, the play-by-play voice of the Detroit Tigers on Fox Sports Net, and Ken Daniels, who is play-by-play voice of the Detroit Red Wings on Fox, will be in the broadcast booth in the New Year. Fred Pletsch returns for a second season as analyst with Shireen Saski serving as the rinkside reporter.
CCHA coverage on Fox Sports Net is available to more than 2.4 million households throughout Michigan and portions of Northwest Ohio and Northern Indiana.
