Norris Tallies 1,000th Career Dig

Bowling Green volleyball junior Susie Norris has passed a career milestone. The Bascom, Ohio native recently tallied her 1,000th career dig for the Orange and Brown in the Falcon's match against Marshall University on October 12. She currently has 1,003 digs for the Falcons.

In 2000, the then-freshman Norris broke into the record books by compiling the most digs in a season with 462. At present, Norris is eighth in school history in total digs, passing former Falcon Wendy (Watkins) Teaman. This season, she has collected 254 digs in 19 matches and is averaging 3.58 digs-per-game.
