
Falcons Cruise In Season Opener

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (AP) - Josh Harris threw two touchdown passes and ran for two more TDs as Bowling Green beat I-AA Tennessee Tech 41-7 on Thursday night in the opener for both teams.
Harris connected with Robert Redd on a 14-yard TD pass in the first quarter and a 16-yarder in the second. Harris also had a 2-yard scoring run in the first and a 3-yarder in the second to help the Falcons take a 41-0 halftime lead.
Harris was 13-for-21 for 127 yards.
Backup quarterback Andy Sahm also threw a TD pass in the first quarter, a 7-yarder to James Hawkins, and Shaun Suisham added two field goals in the second quarter.
Tennessee Tech's Robert Craft passed for 256 yards, and Derek Lee caught nine passes for 132 yards, including a 6-yard TD catch in the fourth quarter. The Golden Eagles had only 38 yards rushing.
