Nelson Emerson to be Recognized at Friday Night's Hockey Game.

Bowling Green, Ohio - Bowling Green State University's all-time leading scorer, Nelson Emerson, will be recognized at Friday night's BGSU vs. Northern Michigan hockey game at the BGSU Ice Arena. Emerson was a major contributor to the Hockey Renovation Project that was completed within the last year to the BGSU Ice Arena.
Emerson is a 15-year veteran of the NHL, appearing in 771 career games and tallying 195 goals and 293 assists (488 points). He is the all-time leading scorer in BGSU and CCHA history with 294 points (112 goals, 182 assists) in 178 games played in the Brown and Orange.
