Sophomore Ron Lewis led the Falcons averaging 22.3 points in the classic. He had 16 points against Fairfield, 29 against American and 22 versus Lamar. He shot 38.9% from three-point range and made 18 of 19 free throw attempts in the event (94.7%). Lewis also had career-highs for three-point field goals made (4 vs. American) and attempted (9 vs. American) and blocked shots (3 vs. Fairfield).
Junior John Reimold averaged 16 points in the three games, including a career-high 30 against Lamar. He set new career-marks for field goals made (11), attempted (20), and three-point field goals made (7) against the Cardinals. He also had 16 points against American. He also led the Falcons in rebounding during the event with six boards per game.
Junior Josh Almanson averaged 9.3 points in the classic. His best effort was a 19-point performance against Fairfield. Against the Stags, he established career-highs for field goal attempts (15), three-point field goals made (2) and three-point field goals attempted (3).
Sophomore Steven Wright had his best game as a Falcon with 13 points, nine rebounds and eight assists against Lamar. He was seven for eight from the free throw line and also added two steals.

Freshman Matt Lefeld came off the bench against Lamar and had six points making three of four shots. Freshman Austin Montgomery had six points against Fairfield as did junior Cory Eyink.
Senior Kevin Netter, who battled foul trouble throughout the event, shot 52.9 from the field and had nine points against Fairfield.
The Falcons, who lead the MAC in free throw percentage making 80.5% of their charity tosses, made 82.0% (50 of 61) during the three games.
BGSU will host Eastern Michigan (4-4) at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, January 3 in Anderson Arena.
