Falcons Rained Out In Final Game at Pepsi/Johnny Quik Classic

Fresno, Calif. - Bowling Green's final game in the Pepsi/Johnny Quik Classic versus Illinois State was rained out on Saturday afternoon in Fresno, Calif. The tournament was hosted by Fresno State University.

The Falcons finished 0-5 in the tournament and are 1-7 overall this season.

BGSU is scheduled to have its home opener this Tuesday, March 18, against Tiffin University at Warren Steller Field (2 p.m.), weather and field conditions permitting. The Falcons are also scheduled to host Detroit-Mercy on Wednesday (2 p.m.) and then begin Mid-American Conference play on Saturday, March 22, with a visit from Buffalo (1 p.m.).
