BGSU notched its first win at Calihan Hall since the 1956-57 season, a span of 12 games.
The Falcons also snapped an eight-game non-conference road losing streak, winning on a non-MAC opponents home floor for the first time since beating Indiana State in December 2001.
BGSU is now 24-3 when shooting over 50% from the floor since the 2000-01 season. The Falcons shot 52.6% from the field and 50.0% from three-point range.
BGSU also is 22-1 since the 2000-01 season when allowing 59 points or less.
Senior John Reimold had 28 points, 14 in each half, to lead the Falcons. He made 10 of 13 from the floor and six of eight from three-point range.
Senior Josh Almanson had 10 points and has scored in double figures in four straight games.
Junior Mawel Soler had a season-high six points and three rebounds in 22 minutes off the bench.
Junior Steven Wright had eight points and two steals.
Freshman Perrick Robinson had three assists and freshman Scott Vandermeer had a blocked shot for the fourth straight game.
