Bowling Green State University football coach Gregg Brandon has announced the signing of 18 student-athletes to a national letter of intent to attend the University and play football for the Falcons. BGSU completed the 2003 season with an 11-3 record, a Motor City Bowl Championship, a MAC West Division Championship, and finished ranked 23rd in the final Associated Press and USA Today-ESPN Coaches Polls.
Quoting Gregg Brandon: "I am very excited about this group of young men. Our coaches have done an outstanding job of attracting the type of individuals who can continue on the success, tradition and momentum that we established and enjoyed last season. The thing I like the most about this group is the majority of them have played a lot of post-season football and they come from outstanding high school programs. This group is very strong physically and should fit right into our system."
