BGSU Women's Golf Finishes 13th at El Diablo

Citrus Springs, Fla. - The Bowling Green women's golf team finished 13th at the El Diablo Intercollegiate in Citrus Springs, Fla. with a team score of 997. Western Carolina won the two-day event with a total score of 918.

BGSU shot rounds of 331, 341, and 325. Freshman Kari Liggett led the charge with a score of 246 (83, 84, 79) to finish tied for 47th. Senior Julie Wise was tied for 52nd (248), sophomore Amanda Schroeder finished 73rd (256), senior Kari Evans was tied for 87th (271) and senior Jenny Schnipke had to withdrawal after two rounds with rounds of 72 and 82.

The Falcons are next in action at the Bronco Invitational, April 11-12, in Kalamazoo, Mich.
