Taylor Breaks MAC 60-Meter Hurdle Record

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Bowling Green State University track and field senior Alicia Taylor broke the MAC all-time 60-meter high hurdle record with her 8.38 at the Alex Wilson Invitational preliminaries over the weekend. Her time also qualifies her for the NCAA Indoor Championships. She shattered the previous record of 8.43 that was held by Kent State's Aja Ferris (2002) and Andrea Baker of CMU (2000).
Taylor will travel Fayetteville, Arkansas on March 12-13 to compete in the NCAA Championships.
