BGSU Announces 2004-05 Gymnastics Schedule

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University announced its 2004-05 gymnastics schedule today, which will feature home contests versus Mid-American opponents Ball State, Kent State and Western Michigan, as well as a tri-meet with non-conference opponents Southeast Missouri State and Wisconsin Oshkosh.
The Falcons open the season with Ball State entering the Eppler Complex on Jan. 16, before heading north to face Central Michigan (Jan. 23) and Eastern Michigan (Jan. 29). BGSU returns home to face-off with Kent State (Feb. 4), Western Michigan (Feb. 13) and will have senior day on Feb. 18 when they square-off with Southeast Missouri State and Wisconsin Oshkosh to close out the home portion of the 2004-05 season.
Along with the road trip up north, the Brown & Orange have road meets with Northern Illinois (Feb. 6), tri-meets with Pittsburgh and Michigan State (Feb. 26) and Cal State Fullerton and San Jose State (Mar. 6), as well as a competition in Kent, Ohio for the All-Ohio Championships (Mar. 19).
The Falcons will conclude the 2004-05 season in DeKalb, Illinois, when they will compete in the MAC Championships on March 25.
