Football To Move Scrimmage To Practice Fields

Bowling Green, Ohio - Due to wet field conditions, Sunday's Falcon football scrimmage has been moved to the practice field and will not be held in Perry Stadium. The scrimmage will begin around 7 p.m. Falcons on TV ABC Sports has offered the Toledo market broadcast rights of the BGSU/Oklahoma game to WUPW-TV (Fox 36), which will air the game live from Norman, Oklahoma on September 4 at noon. Terry Gannon and Jamal Anderson will handle the play-by-play. This will mark the fourth straight game, dating back to last year, that a BGSU football game will air on national television. It also marks the first time since 1992 (Ohio State), that BGSU will appear on an over-the-air network. Last year at total of 6,343,612 households witnessed a BGSU football game on TV.
