BGSU Women's Golf 12th After Day One of Cardinal Classic

Muncie, Ind. - The Bowling Green State University women's golf team kicked off its 2004-05 season on Saturday at the Ball State Cardinal Classic in Muncie, Ind. After day one, the Falcons are 12th out of 17 teams with a team score of 326. Western Michigan leads the two-day tournament with a score of 285.
Three BGSU freshmen are leading the way after day one with Amanda Bader tied for 32nd place with a score of 79. Carlyn Hrusovsky shot a 80 (T-39th) and Jessica McCann shot a 81 (T-48th). Junior Amanda Schroeder is tied for 68th (86) and sophomore Kari Liggett is tied for 75th (88).
Day two of the Cardinal Classic will take place on Sunday at the Players Club in Muncie, Ind.
