Sigalet To Join Boston Bruins Tonight

BOSTON, Mass. - Former Bowling Green State University goaltender Jordan Sigalet was called up by the Boston Bruins this afternoon and will suit up for the National Hockey League club tonight versus the Maple Leafs at 7:00 p.m.
Sigalet signed a one-year contract with the Bruins back on Aug. 10. Following training camp, the Surrey, B.C., native was sent to the Providence Bruins, Boston's AHL club, where in his only start he stopped 23-of-25 shots, picking up a 5-2 victory.
Sigalet played four seasons of college hockey at BGSU with a 34-46-16 record with four shutouts in 102 career college games. He was named to the CCHA's First-Team in 2003-04 and to the Second-Team in 2004-05.

He is the all-time leader at BGSU with a .915 save percentage. He ranks second all-time at BGSU with a 2.98 GAA, third all-time with 3,147 saves and fifth all-time with 5,924:09 minutes played.
