Falcons Drop 2-1 Decision To Ferris State

BIG RAPIDS, Michigan - The Bowling Green State University hockey team fell 2-1 Saturday night to Ferris State in Big Rapids, Michigan. The loss now drops the Falcons to 0-4-1, 0-2-1 CCHA, while Ferris State improves to 2-1-2, 1-0-2 CCHA.
The Falcons spotted the Bulldogs an early 2-0 following the first period. BGSU cut the lead in half following Mike Falk's third goal of the season, after the Falcons caught Ferris State in the middle of a line change.
On the slate next for the Falcons are a pair of home conference games versus Nebraska-Omaha (Nov. 4-5).
