Manser Honored by ESPN The Magazine

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Senior Emily Manser (Westerville, Ohio) has been named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District IV University Division Volleyball Team, the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) announced. She earned second-team honors.

Manser carries a perfect 4.0 GPA while majoring in Communication Disorders at BGSU.

Manser ranks second on the team with 23 service aces and 378 digs (3.74/game) this season. She has also compiled 228 kills and 35 blocks for the 17-13 Falcons.

After being named to the first-team CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District in 2004, Manser becomes just the third Falcon volleyball player to be given the award twice in their careers.
