Senior Britt Anderson joined Meister on the All-MAC First Team, while senior Julie Trundle was a second-team selection. Freshman Susan Hunter joined Yee on the league's All-Freshman Team. All of the awards are the results of voting by the league's 12 head coaches.
The Falcons' total of three All-MAC selections is the most in school history. Meister becomes the first player in BG annals to be named to the first team on two occasions, having also made the team in 2003.

Meister, one of four Falcons to start all 20 matches to date, ranks second in the MAC in scoring, and also is second on the BGSU career lists with totals of 28 goals and 73 points. The MAC Freshman of the Year in 2002, she was named to the all-league first team in '03.
Yee has played in 19 matches, starting 10, including the last eight. She ranks fourth on the team with 12 points, including a total of five goals to tie for second on the team. A native of Berea, Ohio (Berea H.S.), Yee's total of 12 points is the highest by a Falcon freshman since Trundle had 18 points and Meister 17 in the 2002 season.
Richards has an overall record of 60-58-11, including a MAC Tournament mark of 7-3-2 heading into the weekend. Richards led BGSU to four of the finest seasons in school history over his first five years, and mentored the Falcons to the first regular-season title in school history in this, his sixth season. He has now guided the Brown and Orange to the semifinal round of the league tournament on five occasions, to the championship match three times and, in 2004, to the first MAC Tournament title and NCAA Championships berth in school history.
Anderson, a native of Fort Collins, Colo. (Rocky Mountain H.S.), ranks second on the team in scoring, with 17 points to date. She has scored five goals to tie for second on the Falcons, and is second on the squad with seven assists. Anderson has had a pair of two-goal games, including one in the MAC opener at Northern Illinois, and ranks fifth in school history with 49 career points.

Hunter joins Yee on the league's all-freshman squad. A native of Sidney, Ohio (Sidney H.S.), Hunter has played in all 20 matches, and has started 19 consecutive contests after coming off the bench in the season opener. A defender, she has helped solidify the Falcons' back line, as BGSU has a team goals-against average of 1.28. BGSU posted a 1.18 GAA in MAC matches this fall. Hunter has helped the Falcons record seven shutouts this year to date, tying the school record. That shutout total includes four consecutive shutouts during the heart of the MAC schedule, as well as a blanking of Toledo in Tuesday's (Oct. 28) MAC Tournament quarterfinal round.

Yee and Hunter are BGSU's first-ever selections to the league's all-freshman team. The MAC All-Freshman Team was instituted in 2003.
The Falcons, 13-6-1 overall, won the MAC's regular-season title with a 9-2-0 league ledger. BGSU, the number-one seed for the MAC Tournament, battled arch-rival Toledo to a 0-0 tie on Tuesday, before advancing on penalty kicks, 3-2.
BGSU will host fourth-seeded Miami University in semifinal-round action Friday (Nov. 4). The match will begin at 2:00 p.m. at Cochrane Field. In the first game of the day, #6 Central Michigan University will take #7 Kent State University in an 11:00 a.m. start at Cochrane.
Friday's winners will return to Cochrane Field for Sunday's (Nov. 6) MAC Tournament championship match. That contest begins at 1:00 p.m., with the winner earning the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Championships. The MAC Championship will be televised live on Comcast Local.
