Sharpie Shootout Scheduled For July 22

Bowling Green, Ohio - The Sharpie Shootout, a golf outing which gathers BGSU football alumni and friends of the football program, will take place Friday, July 22 at Forrest Creason Golf Course.

The cost is $125 and includes a shirt, greens fees, cart, food and beverages on the course, cocktails and a steak dinner. Letterwinners from 2002 and before may participate for a special rate of $50. Cost for dinner only is $30.

Check-in is at 11:30 a.m. with a shotgun start scheduled for 12:30 p.m.

The event raises money for the Sharpie Fund which has been established with the BGSU athletic department in honor of beloved long-time equipment manager Glenn Sharp who came to BGSU in 1956 and continued to serve the Falcon program until his death in October, 2000.
