Women's Golf Sits In First After Day One of Youngstown State Invitational

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University women's golf team shot a first day round of 303 to lead the Youngstown State Invitational by 11 strokes over Oakland. Sophomore Carley Hrusovsky shot a 1-over 73 (36-37) for first-day medalist among the 59 competitors.
Other Falcon finishers included Amanda Bader (75, T-3rd), Jessica McCann (77, T-6th), Kari Liggert (78, T-8th) and Lindsey Jonkhoff (79, T-14th).
The second round of the Invitational begins at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday morning.
