Coach Dan Dakich
"Well, obviously Western, I thought played real well. That was
a really good performance by them. I thought the difference in
the game was the 20-some point run that they went on after we
went up 16-4. They were able to make a lot of shots and it is
something that they haven't done all year. But good teams,
like I thik Western is and certainly will be, don't shoot the
percentage that they have shot for an entire year."
"They've played really good teams, with what I told Steve (Hawkins, WMU Head Coach), a really dumb schedule playing all of those games on the road. I thought they played really well."
"I thought we came out to play really well but we played like we practiced the two days after Central Michigan. We were horrible for two days and we played that way today."
"(Joe) Reitz is one of the best post kids around, I think he is ultra tough and I thought he and (Brian) Snider really controlled the game. ...Snider beat the tar out of our perimeter and Reitz beat the tar out of our post."
