Player Quotes
Brian Moten
"My confidence in understanding the offense is a lot higher. I got a late start last year and I have spent a lot of time trying to listen to the older guys like Martin Samarco who has really been helping me out."
"It feels good to be able to contribute. I think I can bring a lot of energy to the team with good defense and outside shooting."
"We're ready for the season to start. People don't realize how hard we go in practice. The pace is quick."
Otis Polk
"Right now it is a much faster pace than I was used to. I'm working on getting low, getting up and down the floor and on improving my hands and finishing with our coaches."
Ryan Sims
"In college everyone is fast and everyone has the same ability. As a point guard you have to play at a high level every day."
"This team has a desire to want to do better. I think as the team gets closer off the court, it will help us on the court as well."
"I hope to bring enthusiasm to the team and get everyone hyped up."
