BGSU Head Coach Scott Paluch
"I didn't mind our start to the game. We were playing well, I just didn't like our second period. They took control of the game in the second period. They were crashing the cage and getting rebound chances. We did not respond with the necessary intensity in front of the cage that we needed too."
"I was very please with our play in the third period. I thought we hung in there well and gave ourselves a chance to steal a point."
How good is Miami?
"We are talking about a team that pretty much ran away with the league last year. They lost a few players including one of the best in Andy Greene, but they have so many players back. They move well on their feet and I feel they are in position for another title."
How did you feel about the lack of penalties called?
"I thought both teams did a good job of playing the game the way the initiative wants to be called. I thought it was a well played disciplined hockey game.
