The 2005-06 Falcons, of course, won both the Mid-American Conference regular-season and tournament titles for the second-straight year, and advanced to the NCAA Championships. The Falcons of head coach Curt Miller, associate head coach Jennifer Roos and assistants Brandi Poole and Kevin Eckert finished 28-3 overall, setting school and MAC records for wins in a season, and BG became the fifth team in league history to finish with a perfect MAC record, going 16-0.
In addition to the two seniors, Miller and his staff had five juniors, two sophomores and three freshmen on the 2005-06 squad.
