2006 Falcon Volleyball Schedule Released

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University volleyball team has announced its 2006 schedule, which includes a tough non-conference schedule and three tournaments to go along with Mid-American Conference play.
BGSU kicks the season off with a trip to South Bend, Indiana for a match against the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame. The Falcons will then host Cleveland State before beginning tournament play.
The Falcons begin the month of September by heading to Denver, Colorado for three matches in two days. Upon returning from the Rockies, the Brown and Orange make stops at Oakland University and Youngstown State for a pair of weekend tournaments.
MAC play begins in Anderson Arena on September 22nd with a home match against I-75 arch rival, Toledo. Bowling Green sums up regular season conference play against the defending MAC champions, Ohio on November 11th.
The 2006 MAC Championship tournament will be held from November 14-18 with round two through the finals being played in Toledo, Ohio at the SeaGate Centre.
