BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University volleyball team has one of the hottest offenses in the nation, qualifying for the national rankings in three team categories.
Bowling Green's .280 hitting percentage is 21st in the country while their 14.96 assists per game place them 23rd. The Falcons crack the top 25 in kills per game as well with 16.30.
Defensively, Junior Stephanie Swiger can be found in the individual national rankings. With a 1.52 blocks per game, the Findlay, Ohio native is slotted in 26th place.
The Falcons hitting percentage is .25 percentage points higher than any other team in the Mid-American Conference. BGSU ranks second in assists and kills in the conference, just behind #16 Ohio.
