Track Wins Distance Medlay on Day 1 of All-Ohio Championships

FINDLAY, Ohio - While competing at Findlay in day one of the All-Ohio Championships, the Falcons literally ran away with the victory in the Distance Medlay Relay beating their nearest competitor by more than 10 seconds.

The team of Kim Settle, Danielle Thornton, Yemoja Marotta and Jamie Roflow ran a time of 12:03.85, the fastest time in the event since 2001 when the team of Joy Echler, Christine Thompson, JoVonne Houpe and Anna Schweiterman, running 11:58.66 finished third at that year's MAC Championships.

Day two of the 2007 Indoor All-Ohio Women's Championships/ Men's Invitational will kick of tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. right here on the campus of Bowling Green State University in Charles Perry Fieldhouse.
