Sweet 16 Send-Off Moved Indoors

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (BGSUFalcons.com) - Help send the Bowling Green State University women's basketball team to the 'Sweet 16' in style. The Falcons will depart Anderson Arena on Thursday afternoon (March 22), and fans are invited to be there as the team leaves for the NCAA Championships.

The bus will pull out at approximately 2:15 p.m., from the North end of Anderson Arena, with fans and well-wishers invited to gather at 2:00 p.m. inside the building.  Access will be available either through the North arena doors, or through the main entrance on the South end of the building. 

The Falcons, who have qualified for the NCAA Championships for the third consecutive season, now have become the first Mid-American Conference team ever to advance to the 'Sweet 16.' BGSU, the #7 seed in the Greensboro Regional, will meet #3 seed Arizona State on Saturday (March 24) at noon Eastern.
