Volleyball Recruit Finishes Excellent Senior Season

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Bowling Green volleyball recruit Sam Fish recently finished her illustrious high school career at North Branch High in Michigan. She led her team to a showing in the Michigan High School State Championship after a school record 74 wins (74-3-1).
In two matches at the state tournament, Fish recorded 14 kills, 72 assists, three service aces, nine digs and four blocks.
Fish tallied the fifth highest total votes for the "Miss Volleyball" Award, given to the top high school vollyeball player in Michigan.
Fish was named to the second team All-State Class A as a junior (missing first team by one place) after compiling 1,283 assists, 310 kills, 228 digs and 163 service aces. She has led North Branch to a 190-19-6 record over the past three seasons. Will play for Michigan Elite's 18 National Team for the 2007 club season
