Falcons to Face Toledo Tuesday

CLEVELAND, Ohio (BGSUFalcons.com) - The Bowling Green State University women's basketball team has learned the identity of its quarterfinal round opponent in the Kraft Mid-American Conference Tournament. The Falcons will face the University of Toledo on Tuesday (March 6) at Quicken Loans Arena in downtown Cleveland. Tipoff is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
The Rockets advanced to face BGSU with a 64-49 win over the University at Buffalo on Sunday (March 4) at The Q.
In other first-round games on Sunday, Western Michigan defeated Miami, 74-58, while Northern Illinois downed Akron by a 69-56 final. Ohio squeaked past Central Michigan, 55-51, in the final game of the day/night.
