Softball Trip to University of Michigan Cancelled

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University Falcons will no longer travel to Ann Arbor, Mich. for today's single contest with No. 8 Michigan. Due to a lack of available scheduling dates the game will not be made-up before the Mid-American Conference Tournament.

Although a brief time frame of dry weather seemed to exist in the late afternoon to early evening hours poor field conditions forced the cancellation of the trip.

Today's game was scheduled as a replacement for the cancelled Apr. 11 trip to No. 1 Tennessee which was also negated by similar circumstances.

The Falcons will now aim their focus towards their neighbor to the north, Toledo, and will close the month in Rocket territory. Bowling Green will face Toledo on Saturday (2:00 p.m.) and Sunday (1:00 p.m.).
