New Online Auction to Debut TONIGHT at Midnight

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (BGSUFalcons.com) - BGSU Athletics has announced the launch of an online auction at BGSUfalcons.com. The inaugural item up for bid is an authentic Falcon Football helmet; the exact design BGSU will debut in 2007, with bidding opening TONIGHT (Wednesday, Sept. 5 at 12:01 a.m.), and lasting through Friday, Sept. 14.
"We are very excited about the addition of an online auction to our website," said Scott Seeliger, BGSU Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs. "Falcon memorabilia, behind-the-lines game-day experiences and other unique items will be available for fans to bid on throughout the year.
"We hope the Falcon family will have fun with the auction, and participate often. We look at this as a win-win opportunity for our fan base, as they have the chance to pick up valuable BGSU merchandise and experiences, while at the same time helping to enhance each of our 18 sports."
A new item will go up for bid every other Wednesday, with bidding on each item lasting a total of 10 days. The live bidding page can be reached via the web button or "AUCTIONS" tab located on the home page of BGSUFalcons.com, or by clicking on one of the several links on this very page.
