If you could see yourself playing another sport (and being really good at it), what would it be?
Probably softball because I used to play and really liked it.
What are two things most people don't know about you?
I'm originally from Ohio, I was born in Sandusky and lived there for 10 years. Also, I have a phobia of birds.
Where would you like to spend a week long vacation?
Playing volleyball with my team overseas!! Maybe somewhere like Brazil or Europe!
What's your favorite food? Favorite restaurant in BG?
My favorite food is anything seafood. I love Myles Pizza!
If someone were to make a movie of your life, which actress would you want to play you?
Rachel McAdams from the Notebook and Mean Girls; I love all her movies!
What is one of your biggest pet peeves?
When people assume or expect the worst in others or situations.
Who has had the biggest impact on your life so far?
Definitely my parents. They have been great role models and have guided and supported me in every aspect of my life. If it wasn't for them, there is no way I would be playing here at BG or anywhere. I love them both so much!
If you could have any job in the world, what would be your dream job?
I'm told all the time what a great singer I am so I would probably start singing and be right up there with Whitney and Celine.
What is one item that you couldn't live without?
My cell phone! I lost it at Notre Dame earlier this spring, but luckily coach found it for me! I can't imagine not having it!
What were your expectations coming into college volleyball?
I think I built it up and expected it to be this super insane experience that was going to be extremely hard to get through. I was really nervous coming in. College athletics are very demanding and hard, but it is definitely doable and instills a great work ethic and time management skills. Plus, you get a bunch of great teammates to play with and amazing experiences that make it all worthwhile.
