BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Jane Herrmann was a member of the Bowling Green Track and Field Team from 1978 to 1981. She was killed in a car-train accident in December 1981, six days before she was scheduled to graduate. Herrmann, who was deaf, had competed in the discus and javelin at the Deaf Olympics.

The Jane Herrmann Invite will be held at Perry Field House with Field Events beginning at 5:00pm and Running Events scheduled to begin at 6:00pm. The teams scheduled to compete include Bowling Green, Dayton and IPFW.
