Falcons Begin Outdoor Season at UC Early Bird Relays

The Bowling Green State University women's track and field team opens the 2012 outdoor season on Saturday (March 17) with a trip to Cincinnati, Ohio for the UC Early Bird Relays.
The Falcons will compete against 11 other schools from across the Midwest in the scored meet. Aside from meet host Cincinnati, other competing schools include Dayton, Indiana-Purdue-Fort Wayne (IPFW), Morehead State, Wright State and Xavier.
Field events begin at 9:00 a.m., and track events commence at noon.
Following this weekend's trip, Bowling Green will have two weeks to prepare for the full-time start of the spring schedule. That begins on March 31 with the Toledo Collegiate Challenge in Toledo, Ohio.
