Walk-On Baseball Tryouts Set For September 15

Coming off their first trip to the NCAA Tournament in 14 years, the Bowling Green State University baseball team of head coach Danny Schmitz will hold an open tryout for any current BGSU student that is interested. The tryout will be held at Steller Field on Sunday, September 15. Registration will begin at 10:30 am, with the tryout beginning at 11:00 am. Any student trying out is asked to bring their class schedule. Students wishing to tryout are also asked to bring proof of a physical, proof of insurance, and any necessary equipment, including a glove, bat, and catcher's gear if you plan to tryout as a catcher.
