Toledo won the tournament with a team total of 903 (302-297-304), followed by Western Michigan in second-place with a 915, (301-307-307), and to round out the top three, Ohio with a total of 927, (312-301-314).
The Rockets' Sathika Ruenreong captured medalist honors by winning in a three-hole playoff with Kaitlyn Watkins of Western Michigan. The two finished the 54-holes event with identical combined scores of 218, +2, to force the playoff.
"We have had a successful fall, seeing many solid finishes in the top third of event fields. There has also been a lot of depth so far on the roster," continued Coach Young. "As the transition begins to training for the spring, we have much to learn from and build off of that can help us be better in 2015."
The tournament concluded the Falcons 2014 fall season, as BGSU posted five top-four team finishes over their six events. BGSU also totaled 19 individual top-20 finishes over their six fall events this season.
